Forms
Surveys, sign-ups and questionnaires whose answers only you can read. Each answer is encrypted in the respondent's browser to your form's own key before it is sent, so we store ciphertext we cannot read. Choices, scales, dates and files, sections, a closing date and an answer cap, then a summary, a table and a CSV.
Unlock your axi0 Key to keep and publish forms. Without it you can sketch a form in this tab, and nothing is saved; publishing needs the Key, because each form's private key, the one that opens its answers, is sealed under it.

Make a Key in this browser. It downloads as a small file and is shown in full once: keep a copy somewhere safe. Lose it and nobody can open your forms' answers again, not you, not us.
Your new Key
We just downloaded it as a file, and this is the only time it is shown in full. There is no recovery: keep a copy.
Your forms
No forms yet. Make one: questions, sections and settings first, then publish it and share the link.
How it works
- Questions
- Short answers, paragraphs, one choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, scales, dates and file uploads of up to 10 MB; required or not, in sections, with a description, a colour, a closing date and an answer cap.
- Publishing
- Each form gets its own key pair, made in your browser. The private half is sealed under your axi0 Key in the Keep; the public half travels inside the form, which is itself encrypted with a key that lives only in the link you share.
- Answering
- People need no Key and no account. Their browser encrypts each answer to the form's public key and sends ciphertext, with a small proof of work instead of a captcha. We keep no address.
- Reading
- Your browser pulls the inbox and opens the answers here: a summary with counts and charts, a table, a CSV, and the files. Close a form or delete it, and its inbox goes with it.
- What we can see
- That a form exists, its settings (open, closing date, cap), how many answers it has, their sizes and times. Never a question, an answer, a file or who you are.
Edit the form
Not published yet. Publishing makes the link work; until then nobody can see the form.
Unlock your axi0 Key to publish: the form's private key, the one that opens its answers, is sealed under it.
Open Changes not live yet: press “Update the live form”.
Settings
After the closing date, or once the cap is reached, the form takes no more answers. A live form follows these at once.
